If your organization does not fall within our field of membership, it can still invest with People’s. Community Development Certificates allow organizations to invest in us at below-market rates with the goal of helping People’s serve the community better. These investments have proven instrumental in Peoples’ growth since it opened five years ago. With continued investment by outside organizations, People’s will continue to grow and serve the Oakland community.
