People’s Fresh Start Loan program is specially designed to help you build credit and save money. You cannot access you Fresh Start funds until you have completed the payment schedule. Upon completion, you will receive the entire amount of the loan plus interest earned on your account. Also, we will report your positive payment history to the credit bureaus which will improve your credit and increase your credit score. Members who successfully complete the Fresh Start program are often able to borrow more money at lower interest rates than previously possible.
